摘  要:为了探索猪瘟病毒诊断的新方法,本研究采用环介导等温扩增法(RT-LAMP)与RT-PCR方法分别对随即采样的80份猪瘟疑似病料进行猪瘟病毒实验室诊断及对比研究。结果表明RT-LAMP与RT-PCR检测得出的阳性率分别为38.75%和36.25%。RT-LAMP检测方法更加灵敏、特异、快速,可用来检测猪瘟病毒,在等温条件下进行,不需要复杂的仪器,操作简单,整个扩增反应可在1h内完成,为临床检测猪瘟病毒提供了一个快速简便的分子生物学方法。In order to explore new ways of diagnosis of classical swine fever virus, the reverse transcription loop-mediated isothermal amplification (RT-LAMP) method and RT-PCR method had been built and used for the detection of CSFV. Eighty materials suspected to have been infected by CSFV were detected by the methods of RT-LAMP and RT-PCR. The results showed that the positive rate using the RT-LAMP method was 38.75% and that using the RT-PCR method was 36.25%. RT-LAMP method for CSFV was more sensitive, specific and rapid than RT-PCR method. It could be done under isothermal conditions without requiring sophisticated equipment. The whole procedure is very simple and rapid. The amplification could be completed in less than one hour. So RT-LAMP was a simple and rapid method for clinical sample's detection of CSFV.
