摘　　要：科学发展观是在总结党全国执政六十年的经验教训基础上并结合改革开放以来中国社会巨大变化的实际提出来的,它的提出说明党领导中国社会发展的思想和执政治国的理念与方式六十年来不断革新,不断完善,并日益走向成熟,标志着改革开放进入了新的历史时期,中国社会的各个方面进入全面转型的新阶段。Based on experiences and lessons of the Party＇s 60-year running the state and the tremendous change of Chinese society since the reform and opening-up, the scientific concept of development was put forward. It shows that the thought of the Party＇s leading the development of Chinese society and the idea of running the state are becoming mature gradually with the continuous improvement and innovation, and it is a mark of the reform and opening-up＇s entry into a new historical stage and Chinese society＇s entry into a new stage of all-round transformation.
