混合稀土增强Al_2O_3基泡沫陶瓷制备研究

摘  要:以氧化铝、高岭土等为主料,富CeO2混合稀土为改性剂,制备具有较好流变性的水基陶瓷浆料,采用有机泡沫浸渍法制备挂浆均匀的预制体,经干燥烧结得到孔隙均匀、强度高的Al2O3基泡沫陶瓷(CF)。文章研究了含稀土陶瓷浆料的粘度变化规律,确定了最佳烧结制度,并研究了稀土加入量对CF力学性能的影响。实验发现,混合稀土加入量达到3%时,可使CF常温抗压强度提高约70%。Al2O3 based foam ceramics with uniform porosity, high mechanical strength were fabricated by the sintering of the precursors in which polyurethane sponges were soaked and coated with aqueous slurries of good rheology,containing corundum, quartz, kaolin, etc as base components and CeO2 - rich mixed rare earth as modifier. The effects of added mixed rare earth on the rheology of the slurries were studied, and optimal sintering system was utilized. The measurement of the mechanical properties of the sintered products showed that the optimal modifier addition is 3% under which the compressive strength at room temperature was elevated about 70%, compared to that of no modifier added sinters.
