农村土地制度视野下的人地关系探析

摘　　要：通过对我国土地制度的历史性考察,揭示出中国古代社会由于地权不稳定以及中国式的分家析产、均分继承制导致人口增长。进入集体经济时代,特有的平均分配机制刺激了人口的增长。家庭联产承包制实施后,频繁调整土地与人口增长之间又相互强化。面对此现象,运用学术界中的"农业内卷化"、"高水平均衡陷阱"以及"过密化理论"三种理论加以释读。The history of China's land system shows the poupation growth in antient China is caused by the instability of land right, the typical property sharing method and equal inheritance of properties. In the Age of collective economy, the equal distribution systerm also results in the population growth. The household responsibility system leads to the constant change of land and rapid growth of population. It is of significance to study the relationship between Man and land from the perspective of rural land system by using 'Agricultural Involution', 'High-level-equilibrium Trap', and 'Excess-density Theory'.
