马来酸咪哒唑仑与佐匹克隆治疗失眠症38例临床对照研究

摘　　要：目的：了解马来酸咪哒唑仑治疗失眠症的有效性和安全性。方法：将38例患者随机分为马来酸咪哒唑仑组19例，佐匹克隆组19例，治疗2周，采用睡眠障碍量表（SDRS）评定疗效。结果：马来酸咪哒唑仑组有效率为79.0％，佐匹克隆组有效率为73.7％，两者间差异无显著性。结论：马来酸咪哒唑仑是一种有效、安全的治疗睡眠障碍的新药，值得临床推广应用。Objective：To explore the effect and safety of Midazolam maleate in the treatment of insomnia disease. Methods：A total of 38 patients with insomnia disease were randomly assigned to tow groups： 19 patients were treated with Midazolam maleate, others were treated with Zopiclone. All patients were treated for 2 weeks, and were evaluated with （SDRS）. Results ： The effective of two groups each for 79.0% and 73.7%, there is no significant difference in them. Conclusions： Midazolam maleate is an effective and safe new medicine in the treatment of insomnia disease. It is worth to be used widely.
