摘　　要：在界定图书馆读者权利的基础上,讨论图书馆读者权利行使的8种自由度。指出读者权利的不正当行使不仅侵害读者群体权利,而且影响图书馆正常管理秩序。界定读者权利限制的基本内涵,分析图书馆读者权利限制的目标,提出图书馆读者权利的内在限制尺度与外在限制尺度。Based on the definition of the readers＇ rights in library, eight kinds of executive freedom of readers＇ right are discussed in details. But improper executive the readers＇ rights not only violate the groups rights, but also affect the normal management of the library. The primary concept of the readers＇ rights restriction is defined, their goals are analyzed, and their internal and external restriction scaling are presented.
