摘　　要：在分析湖南省区域物流体系发展现状及其存在的问题的基础上,提出了在中部崛起的背景下构筑湖南省区域现代物流系统的具体目标;并对湖南省区域现代物流体系的构架及其构建方案提出了可行性的建议。Based on analysis the current and question of region logistics system of Hunan province, k is presented the object on constructing modem regional logistics system of Hunan under the history condition of ＂Rising of the Central Regions＂. Furthermore, it is also discussed the contexts and plan of constructing modem region logistics system ,according to the location advantage and resource feature of Hunan. And the feasible advices is given.
