摘 要:以转PSAG12-IPT基因苎麻T0代的株系及对照为材料,在每季麻收获前后,分别对农艺性状和品质性状等进行调查和测定。结果表明:株系P502的主要性状指标优于受体品系5041;大部分株系部分性状指标优于对照,部分性状指标劣于对照;少数株系的某些性状甚至发生了特殊变异。可见,转PSAG12-IPT基因苎麻T0代株系性状发生了显著变异,这些变异为苎麻育种提供了资源。The agronomic character targets and the quality character targets among To generation PSAG12-IPT transgenie ramie lines and non-transgenic control were measured in every harvesting season. The results showed that major character targets of P502 line were better than that of the eultivar 5041, part of character targets were better than that of CK but inferior to that of CK among major lines, even there was specific variance among certain lines. There was significant variance of characters among To generation PSAG12-IPT transgenic ramie lines, which would provide resource for ramie breeding
