老年人新鲜股骨颈骨折髋关节置换的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的评价人工股骨头置换术与全髋关节置换术治疗老年新鲜股骨颈骨折的临床疗效。方法将57例老年新鲜股骨颈骨折患者分成2组,A组28例采用人工股骨头置换,B组29例采用全髋关节置换;随访时间1～7年,平均5.1年。结果按Harris评分标准评定手术疗效,采用SPSS11.0软件进行分析,B组疗效优于A组(P<0.05)。结论老年股骨颈骨折行全髋关节置换手术疗效优于人工股骨头置换。Objective To explore the clinical therapy of prosthetic replacement and total hip arthroplasty in the treatment of the acute femoral neck fractures （FNF） in elderly.Methods 57 cases of the acute femoral neck fractures in elderly were divided into two groups-A group and B group.The 28 cases in A group were treated with prosthetic replacement ,the 29 cases in B group were treated with total hip arthroplasty.The follow-up period ranged from 1 year to 7 years,mean 5.1years.Results According to the harris scoring system and the analysis of the SPSS11.0,therapeutic outcome of B group was better than A group P〈0.05.Conclusion Therapeutic outcome of total hip arthroplasty was obviously better than prosthetic replacement in the treatment of the acute femoral neck fractures （FNF） in elderly.
