摘 要:楔横轧变形属于连续局部横压过程,基于中心压实法(即J.T.S法)有助于提高圆轴类棒料横压时内部质量,文章将J.T.S法应用于楔横轧,通过有限元模拟,研究了J.T.S法对二辊楔横轧轧件心部应力应变的影响。模拟结果表明,J.T.S法可以减小轧件心部横向拉应力,增加心部静水压应力,削弱了心部最大剪应变,有助于提高楔横轧轧件心部质量。同时,通过实验,验证了J.T.S法对提高楔横轧轧件心部内部质量的可行性。Due to center-pressure method (i. e. J. T. S method) can improve internal quality of a round cross-section bar during stretching, through numerical simulation, the influence of stress and strain of internal part of rolled piece have been discussed in this paper. It is proved that the method could reduce the center of rolled piece horizontal tensile stress and make the maximal shear strain of the center decrease. And more, an experiment has been carried out to verify the feasibility of the J. T. S method to enhance the possibility of internal quality of rolled piece.
