摘  要:应用DEFORM-3D有限元数值模拟软件,以楔横轧理论为基础,通过对楔横轧变形过程进行三维数值模拟研究,得到了反映轧件内部变形规律的速度场和位移场,以及轧件内部应力应变状态,并研究了不同变形量下轧件内部各主应力应变状态及主应力方向的特征及变化规律,深入地分析了生产中轧件端部产生凹心和变形区前沿的局部隆起现象。By using finite element method (FEM), the 3D deformation during cross wedge rolling (CWR) process has been simulated on the base of analysis in theory. The important information concerned with the distribution and evolvement of displacement, velocity and stress on different conditions has been gained, meanwhile, the trait of directions of all principle stresses is also researched. Basing on the analysis of material flow and stress state, the phenomenon of metal accumulations ahead of deformation zone and concaves forming in each side of the workpiece during CWR process was elaborated.
