新时期农业科研管理创新发展的思考

摘　　要：针对新时期科技创新进入快速发展的阶段,分析了广西农业科学院科研管理的现状,提出应引入科研质量管理理念、营造人性化的管理氛围、优化人才和成果激励机制、加强交流合作、激发科技协作攻关合作共赢精神、建设一支专业复合型科研管理队伍等思路,以推动科研管理的创新发展。Considering that scientific innovation has been at a fast developing stage since the beginning of 21 century, the present study was investigating and analyzing the status of scientific research management at Guangxi Academy of Agricultural Sciences, and suggested that it is necessary to introduce the management concept of scientific research quality, to create an environment of humanized management, to optimize the encouragement mechanisms on outstanding professionals and research achievements, to strengthen the communication and cooperation for stimulating spirit of sei-tech cooperation, tackling and win-win, and to form a management team consisted of comprehensive specialists who could play important roles in promoting the innovational management at the academy.
