摘　　要：基于核孔膜防伪标识的图像预处理,提出了抽取微孔图像质心坐标的算法。根据仿真结果验证了算法的设计不仅能够准确确定微孔的位置,避免死循环的发生,而且有效地防止了对假冒防伪标识的漏报。Base on the nuclepor anti-counterfeit marking image preprocessing, the algorithm of image centroid coordinates from the micro pore is described. According to simulation results, the algorithm design is not only able to accurately determine the location of the micro pore and avoid to fall in infinite loop, but also to prevent the False Negatives of false marking effectively.
