Electrocatalytic oxidation of matrine at a multi-wall carbon nanotubes modified glassy carbon electrode and its electrochemical determination

摘  要:研究了苦参碱(Matrine,MT)在多壁碳纳米管修饰玻碳电极(MWCNT/GCE)上的电化学行为。与GCE相比,MT在MWCNT/GCE上峰电位负移120mV,峰电流增大约2.5倍,表明MWCNT/GCE对MT的电化学氧化具有良好的催化作用。同时测定并计算了MT在MWCNT/GCE上的电极过程动力学参数:电子转移系数α、电极反应速率常数ks、扩散系数D。运用差分脉冲伏安法对苦参碱样品含量进行测定,相对标准偏差为0.12%-2.9%,加标回收率为98.4%~99.0%。该方法可用于MT的电化学定量测定。Electrochemical behaviors of matrine (MT) on a multi-wall carbon nanotubes modified glassy carbon electrode (MWCNT/GCE) were investigated. The experimental results showed that the oxidation peak potential shifted negatively by 120 mV, and the oxidation peak current increased 2.5 times at the MWCNT/GCE in comparison with that at the bare GCE, which indicated that the MWCNT/GCE could catalyze the electrochemical oxidation of MT very well. At the same time the electron transfer coefficient a, the electrode reaction rate constant ks and the diffusion coefficient D were calculated. Determination of the content of commercial MT pharmaceutical products was performed by differential pulse voltammetry (DPV). The relative standard deviations were 0.12% - 2.9% and the recoveries were in the range of 98.4% - 99.0%. This method can be applied to quantitative determination of MT with both low detection limit and high sensitivity.
