新型抗菌剂壳聚糖双胍盐酸盐的制备及其抑菌性能研究

摘　　要：以壳聚糖和双氰胺为原料,合成了一种新型抗菌剂——壳聚糖双胍盐酸盐,合成路线简单,成本低。用FTIR表征了其结构,同时进行了抑菌实验,结果表明壳聚糖双胍盐酸盐具有比壳聚糖更强的抑菌性。A new antibacterial agent-Chitosanguanidine Chloride is synthesized from chitosan with dyanoguanidine.and its structure is characterized by FTIR.The antibacterial properties of Chitosanguanidine Chloride are determined through experiments.The results show that antibacterial activity of Chitosanguanidine Chloride is stronger than that of Chitosan.Forthermore,the synthesis route is simple and the cost is low.
