摘 要:介绍了利用工控软件作为仿真平台,将面向对象技术贯穿于整个仿真系统的开发过程,开发DCS仿真操作站的思路及其实现方法。利用了工控软件的强大组态优势和ACTIVE、DDE等先进接口技术,以及MAILSLOT基于内存的通讯方式,使得利用一种通用平台开发了不同的DCS仿真系统,成功实现了一机多模。不仅造价低廉,也极大加快了DCS仿真系统的开发速度。This paper depicts the ideas to develop the DCS simulation operation and the realization is described in detail. In the simulation system, the industrial control configuration software is used as the simulation platform and the object-oriented technology is throughout the whole process of development. The method makes use of the powerful configuration advantage of the industry control software and some advanced interface technology such as ACTIVE,DDE and the mailslot communication way based on the memory. Thus different DCS simulators can be developed by one platform and the way of the multi-simulation systems which are in a set of computer system is successfully realized. Using this method not only the cost of the development decreases but also the development speed of DCS simulation system is greatly accelerated.
