摘　　要：在塑料整芯输送带生产工艺中,带芯的真空浸渍是特殊工序,对成品的性能起到决定性作用.针对目前多家该条生产线生产企业真空塔由于受到大气压的作用产生的凹陷问题,本文提出基于Marc的塑料整芯输送带生产线真空塔的设计,提高真空塔的强度和刚度,保证产品质量.The belt carcass＇ vacuum impregnating is a special process of plastics solid woven conveyor belting productive technology, and play a significant role for the finished good performance. Focusing on the depression issue of vacuum tower that many production lines occurred, a vacuum tower design of plastic solid woven belt product line based on Marc is put forward, that＇ s enhanced the strength of the tower and ensures the product quality.
