摘　　要：FNE-H1井位于苏丹六区FNE油田,是用于开发Bentiu油藏的第一口水平井。在分析该井钻井难点的基础上,利用专业软件进行了钻前模拟计算,优化了钻具组合和钻井参数,针对该油田地层的特点和不同井眼段情况制定了相应的技术措施。实钻证明,利用模拟计算优化的钻具组合、钻井参数和制定的技术措施是可行的。介绍了该井各个井段的施工过程及各井段所采取的具体措施。该井的成功钻成将为苏丹地区或其他地区浅层油藏水平井钻井提供借鉴。Well FNE-H1 is the first horizontal well to develop Bentiu reservoir in FNE area. Based on the analysis of the difficulties of drilling this well, the numerical simulation was conducted before drilling, the drilling assembly and drilling parameters were optimized, the corresponding well completions were determined according to the formation characteristics and the differences in different well segments. The results indicate that using numerical simulation for optimization of drilling assembly and drilling parameters and determination of technique measures are applicable. The procedures and corresponding measures were introduced. The successful operation of Well FNE-H1 will provide references for horizontal well drilling of shallow heavy oil reservoir in Sudan and other areas.
