摘 要:影响岩心封堵率和返排解堵率的因素很多,分别以低渗、中渗和高渗岩心作为岩样,评价了岩心原始渗透率对岩心封堵率和返排解堵率的影响。另外还对正压差、温度和剪切速率对岩心封堵率和返排解堵率的影响进行了试验研究。试验结果表明:岩心原始渗透率不同时,岩心封堵率和返排解堵率均相差较大,钻井液中的固相颗粒与储层孔隙尺寸配伍性好,储层损害深度就小,岩心封堵率和返排解堵率均较高;正压差增大时,岩心封堵率先增大后减小,而返排解堵率先减小后增大;温度升高时,岩心封堵率变化不大,返排解堵率呈明显上升趋势;剪切速率增大时,岩心封堵率呈下降趋势,而返排解堵率先减小后增大。There are a lot of factors effecting core blocking ratio and flow back break-down ratio, among which the original core permeability were evaluated using low, median and high permeability, as well as the positive pressure difference, temperature and shear rate. Tests indicate that core plugging ratio and flow-back break down ratio vary remarkably with the change of original core permeability; with good compatibility between the solid particle and the pore size of reservoir, the formation damage is smaller and the two ratios are higher; the core plugging ratio first increases and then decreases and the flow-back break down ratio changes reversely with the increase of positive pressure difference; core plugging ratio changes slightly with elevated temperature, but the flow-back break down ratio increases significantly; as the shear rate increases, the core plugging ratio declines, the flow-back break down ratio first decreases and then increases.
