摘 要:由于大港滩海赵东区块的储层具有高孔高渗的特点,加之采用大泵径电动潜油泵强采,易导致地层出砂,因此该区块采用水平井裸眼砾石充填防砂完井技术进行完井,以实现油井高产的目的。介绍了该区块的完井管柱及防砂工具,分析了水平井裸眼砾石充填的水动力学特征,进行了水平井循环砾石充填泵注排量的设计,并针对影响施工效果的各种因素,提出了技术措施。由于在实施水平井裸眼砾石充填防砂过程中,相互影响、相互制约的因素较多,因此建议综合考虑诸如井眼参数、完井液性能、防砂管柱、施工工具等因素之间的匹配。在低漏失的井眼条件下,建议采用合理的泵注排量,用低黏度携砂液以反循环方式对筛管与裸眼井眼间的环空进行砾石充填,以形成距离较长、密实的充填层。Sand production is always a problem in Zhaodong block of Dagang Offshore due to high porosity and high permeability and use of large diameter electric pump. Therefore, sand control technique gravel packing well completion was used to meet the oil production requirement. This paper presents the well completion tubing and sand control tools, analyzes hydraulic dynamics features resulting from horizontal open hole gravel packing technique, designs the pump flow rate, and puts forward technical measurements considering factors affecting operation results. There are a lot of parameters impacting sand control, including wellbore parameters, well completion fluids, sand control tubing, operation tools. Therefore match among them should be considered. In wellbore with low loss, gravels are packed in annulus between screen pipe and barefoot borehole at reasonable injection flow rate with low viscosity carrying fluid through inverse circulation so that a long and dense packing interval is obtained.
