摘  要:马井构造蓬莱镇组气藏具有非均质性强、纵向含气砂体叠置率较高的特点,采用常规压裂工艺对多个目的层进行压裂,存在压裂施工量大、易伤害储层、增产量有限的问题,为此,在该气藏进行了四层分层压裂先导性试验,即采用Y241封隔器组合,采取分别投球打开滑套的方式进行加砂压裂施工,实现不动管柱一次压开四层,达到了充分利用单井资源和提高气藏整体采气速度和采收率的目的。四层分层加砂压裂工艺在马井构造蓬莱镇组气藏应用效果良好,大大提高了单井产量和开发经济效益,有效解决了复合型多层系气藏高投入、低产出的矛盾。The gas reservoir in Penglaizheng formation of Majing structure features heterogeneity and high vertical gas-bearing sand beds superimposition rate. Fracturing multiple target zones using conventional procedure has several problems, including large amount of fracturing work, formation damage and limited production enhancement. Therefore, a four layer fracturing test was conducted on this gas reservoir, which uses the Y241 packer assembly and dropping ball to open sleeve so that four layers are fractured by single operation without moving pipes. With this technology, the single well resource is used thoroughly and the overall gas recovery speed and the recovery ratio are improved. The four-layer fracturing technology obtains good results in Penglaizhen gas reservoirs of Majing structure, improves single well production rate and economic efficiency remarkably, and resolves conflicts between high input and low output on composite cross reservoirs.
