摘 要:目的:考察长春瑞滨及其脂质体的稳定性与降解动力学。方法:考察光和热对长春瑞滨溶液及其脂质体中药物稳定性及降解动力学的影响,并拟合模型。结果:长春瑞滨溶液及其脂质体光降解均符合零级动力学;40℃热降解过程溶液组符合一级动力学,脂质体组符合零级动力学;60℃溶液组和脂质体组均符合一级动力学。结论:脂质体可显著提高长春瑞滨的光和热的稳定性。Objective: To research the stability and degradation kinetics of NVB solution and its liposome. Methods: The light and thermal stabilities of NVB solution and its liposome were studied and the degradation kinetics was also investigated, the model was fit. Results: Both the light degradation kinetics of NVB solution and its liposome fit the zero-order kinetics; the thermal degradation of solution group at 40℃ fit the first-order kinetics, and the liposome group fit the zero-order kinetics; both the solution and liposome group at 60℃ fit the first-order kinetics. Conclusion: The liposome can significantly improve the lightand thermal stabilities of NVB.
