循证护理干预在慢性酒精中毒精神障碍治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨循证护理干预对慢性酒精中毒精神障碍治疗的影响。方法:实验组依据循证护理要求进行全面准确地评估护理问题,系统分析,制定护理干预措施并予以实施,对照组只进行常规护理。结果:实验组治愈率(51.5%)明显高于对照组(21.9%),两组有显著性差异。结论:循证护理干预可以提高慢性酒精中毒精神障碍患者治愈率。Objective ：To discuss the effect of the evidence-based nursing（EBN） treated the mental disorder with the alcohol poisoning.Methods：65 cases were randomly divided into two groups,the problems of nursing were evaluated and analyzed,the experimental group was given by EBN,while ：the control group was only cared by conventional nursing.Results： After the EBN, the cure rate of experimental group（51.5%） was higher than that of control group（21.9%）. There was significantly difference（P〈0.01） between them. Condusion： EBN could improve the cure rate in the patients of the mental disorder with the alcohol poisoning.
