摘　　要：基于GIS的城市地下管线信息系统可解决目前管线管理与城市化发展的矛盾。简单介绍了系统建设目标,阐述了系统框架、结构、系统数据库及功能设计,并对系统建设及运行提出建议。GIS -based urban underground pipeline information management system is able to resolve the contradiction between pipeline management and urbanization. This paper briefly describes the goal of system construction and presents the framework of the system, structure, systems and functions of the database design. It also makes recommendations for system construction and operation.
