摘　　要：高校办公室是高校各级行政机关综合管理、提供服务的核心机构，其管理科学与否，直接影响着高校的发展，是高校工作效率能否全面提高的关键因素。因此，必须努力改进高校办公室管理工作，使之更好地适应当前社会发展、科技进步以及高等教育体制自身改革对高校学院（系）办公室管理工作带来的机遇和挑战。University office is a key organ for carrying out comprehensive management and providing service in university. Whether its management is scientific or not is directly have an effect on university development and is a key factor for work efficiency of university. Therefore, we must try to improve university office management work to keep up with the social development and sci- entific progress and to face the opportunities and challenges brought by reform of higher educational system.
