摘　　要：促进社会主义文化大发展大繁荣，必须大力发展农村文化。当前，加强农村文化建设，要不断提高认识，真正重视农村文化建设。要尊重和突出农民的主体地位，切合农村和农民的实际，采取灵活多样的形式，突出文明健康向上的特征，鼓励创新，扩大队伍，在政策上予以倾斜，推动农村文化向纵深发展。Boost socialist culture developing greatly greatly prosperous, must develop rural area culture energetically. Currently, reinforce rural area cultural advancement, be going to deepen the understanding unceasingly, take rural area cultural advancement seriously really.
