摘　　要：目前的中国寿险在资金投资结构等方面存在着不合理现象,有必要加大对基础设施的投资力度。基础设施投资本身风险低、收益相对较高,具有投资价值;近年来寿险公司的资金运用经验为其投资基础设施打下了坚实的基础;同时寿险资金投资基础设施在法律层面是无障碍的。这些都为中国寿险资金投资基础设施建设创造了有利条件。At present there exists an unreasonable phenomenon in the aspect of capital investment structure in China＇s life insurance. It is necessary to increase infrastructure construction, which deserves investment because of its low risk and comparatively high benefit. Capital operational experience of life insurance companies has laid solid foundation for it in recent years. Meanwhile, the investment has no any barrier in law. All these have created advantages for the capital investment for China＇s life insurance infrastructure construction.
