摘　　要：宗廷虎主编的《20世纪中国修辞学》坚持"以论带史、以史促论、史论结合"的撰写原则,通过其新颖独到的理论认识带出了充分系统的修辞学史料和正确精到的理论评述,既拓宽了修辞学史的研究范围,又体现了兼容并包的学术精神,是一部特色鲜明的修辞学史专著。The Chinese Rhetorics of the 20th Century compiled by Zong Ting-hu adheres to the principle of ＂ Combining theory with history＂in which much of the systematical materials of rhetorical history and excellent theoretical comment are brought about by brand-new theoretical recognization. Thus, the research scale of rhetorical history is widened and the scientific spirit of compatibility are embodied. So. We say it is works of rhetorical history with distinctive characteristics.
