摘　　要：指出当前我国化工园区开发建设过程中面临的突出问题,分析目前我国化工园区安全监管的运作模式和存在问题,提出化工园区安全监管应遵循的原则,分析解决化工园区复杂的安全监管问题的有效途径,提出建立化工园区综合安全管理体系的新思路,最后对化工园区安全监管过程中存在的问题提出解决对策。There exist some outstanding problems in the construction of chemical industry parks in our country. This paper analyzes the mode and existing problems of safety supervision and management in chemical industry parks, puts forward the principles that should be foUowcd in safety supervision and management in chemical industry parks, as well as some effective ways to solve these complex problems. A new thought is put forward in which an integrative safety management system in chemical industry parks is set up. At last, the countermeasures in safety supervision and management of chemical industry parks is expounded against its problems.
