摘  要:应用水蒸气蒸馏法提取广藿香中挥发油,然后采用正交试验法,以β-CD和广藿香挥发油投料比、包合时间、包合温度为影响因素,以包合物收得率和挥发油包合率的综合评分为指标,选择广藿香挥发油的最佳提取条件及其β-环糊精(β-CD)包合工艺。结果表明,最佳工艺条件为挥发油与β-环糊精之比为1∶8,搅拌强度为600rpm,包含温度为50℃,包合时间为1h。With the steam distillation method for the extraction of volatile oil from Pogostem cablin (Blanco)Benth and processing techniques of β- yclodextrin (β-CD )inclusion compound of it. The study was carried out with orthogonal design. The rate with the effects among the proportion of β-CD and volatile oil, the time and tempreaure in the inclusion compound were used as indexes. With the ratio of inclusion and the oiling-bearing from the inclusion as the target marker the conditions for including the oils with β-CD were optimized.The optimal process for oil extraction was that the proportion of β- CD and vohfile oil being 8 : 1, the inclusion compound being inclused for 1 hours at 50℃, and the stirring speed was 600rpm.
