摘 要:目的探讨黄芩水提物对干酵母致热大鼠解热作用机制。方法建立干酵母致大鼠发热动物模型,观察黄芩水提物对发热大鼠直肠温度的影响,放免法测定大鼠下丘脑环磷酸腺苷(cAMP)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)及脑腹中隔区精氨酸加压素(AVP)、血清IL-1β含量。结果黄芩水提物能够显著降低干酵母致热大鼠下丘脑IL-1β、cAMP的含量及腹中隔区脑组织AVP的含量,与模型组比较,P<0.05;各组大鼠的最大体温上升高度与下丘脑IL-1β、cAMP含量以及腹中隔区脑组织AVP的含量成正相关关系(P<0.05)。结论黄芩水提物可减少致热性细胞因子IL-1β在体温中枢的含量,减少中枢发热介质cAMP的含量,促进中枢解热介质AVP的释放。Objective To research the mechanism of aqueous extract of Radix Scutellariae in relievingfever of model rats. Method The fever model rats were made by dry yeast. Rectum temperature (△ T/℃) was observed, and serum IL-1β, hypothalamus cAMP and IL-1β, ventral septal area AVP were detected by RIA. Results Aqueous extract of Radix Scutellariae decreased IL-1β and cAMP content of hypothalamus, and AVP content of ventral septal area significantly (compared with model group, P〈0.05). There were positive correlativity between maximum height of temperature and IL-1β, cAMP content of hypothalamus, and AVP content of ventral septal area (P 〈0.05). Conclusion Radix Scutellariae can decrease the content of IL-1β and cAMP in temperature center, and advance the releasing of AVP.
