摘　　要：知识经济的产值占国民经济总产值的比重越来越大,实验室作为培养实用型人才和科研成果的产出基地越来越受到重视,加强实验室文化建设势在必行。论述了实验室文化的含义和基本组成要素,并就实验室文化建设应注意的问题以及文化氛围营造提出了一些建议。The proportion of knowledge economy value to national economy value increases rapidly. As the base of training practical talents and output of scientific research, laboratory has been receiving more and more attention, it is imperative to strengthen the laboratory culture. So it is imperative to strengthen the laboratory culture. The meaning and basic elements of laboratory culture were discussed. Also the suggestion in items should be pay attention to on establishing laboratory culture and creating of cultural atmosphere was proposed.
