摘　　要：目的:分析DNA免疫吸附治疗重症系统性红斑狼疮的临床疗效。方法:应用DNA免疫吸附柱对9例重型系统性红斑狼疮患者分别治疗3次,观察吸附治疗前、后抗核抗体滴度(ANA)、抗双链DNA抗体滴度(ds-DNA)、补体C、血沉(ESR)、血常规、肾功能、肝功能等指标并行统计学分析。结果:免疫吸附治疗后,患者ANA、ds-DNA抗体滴度、ESR、Scr明显减少或降低(P<0.05);血常规及其他各项生化指标无明显改变,无肝、肾功能损害(P>0.05),临床症状有不同程度的缓解。结论:DNA免疫吸附对系统性红斑狼疮治疗安全、有效。Objective： To determine the effects of DNA immunoadsorbent on severe systemic lupus erythematosus （SLE）. Methods： Nine patients with severe systemic lupus erythematosus were treated with DNA immunosorbent column 3 times respectively, and parameters such as the titer of anti-nuclear antibody （ANA）, antidouble-stranded DNA antibody titer （ds-DNA）, Complement C3, erythrocyte sedimentation rate （ESR）, routine test of blood, kidney function and liver function were observed before and after the treatment, the results were analyzed statistically. Results： After treatment, titer of ANA and ds-DNA, ESR, Scr significantly reduced or lowered （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; routine test of blood and other parameters had no significant change, without impairment of liver and renal function （P 〉0.05 ）, and clinical symptoms and signs improved by different degrees. Conclusion： Treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus with DNA immunosorbent technology is safe and effective.
