彩色多谱勒血流显像在妇产科急症中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨彩色多谱勒血流显像在妇产科急症中的诊断价值。方法:对100例妇产科急症患者行超声检查,对手术和病理证实的检查结果进行分析。结果:宫外孕35例、不完全流产36例、先兆流产6例、难免流产3例、卵巢肿瘤蒂扭转16例、滋养细胞疾病4例,超声诊断准确率分别为94.4%、97.1%、100%、100%、68.8%、和75.0%。结论:彩色多谱勒血流显像对妇产科急症的诊断准确率高,检查迅速且无痛苦,可作为妇产科急症首选的检查方法。Objective： To survey the diagnostic value of the color doppler flow image in obstetric and gynecological emergency. Methods： 100 obstetric and gynecological emergency patients were diagnosed by color doppler flow image, the results confirmed by surgical and pathologic findings were analyzed carefully. Results： The 100 cases were composed of extrauterine pregnancy 36, incomplete abortion 35, threatened abortion 6, inevitable aorbtion 3, ovarian tumor tomion 16 and trophoblastic disease 4. The accurate rates of diagnosis were 94.4%, 97.1%, 100.0%, 100.0% ,68.7% and 75.0%, respectively. Conclusion ： With the advantages of high accuracy of diagnosis, quickness and no complaints, color doppler flow image should be the first choice in fast diagnosis of obstetric and gynecological emergency.
