重组人干扰素a-2b凝胶联合宫颈环切术治疗难治性宫颈炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨重组人干扰素a-2b凝胶(商品名尤靖安,以下统称a-2b干扰素)联合宫颈环切术(leep术)在治疗难治性慢性宫颈炎中的作用。方法:对2005年6月～2007年6月收治的难治性慢性宫颈炎200例行leep术,其中100例患者术后加用a-2b干扰素治疗1个疗程为研究组,同时将单纯行leep术的100例患者作为对照组,分别于术后第1、2、3个月复查宫颈的恢复情况。结果:200例患者术后3个月均能达至痊愈,其中100例leep术后使用a-2b干扰素联合治疗宫颈炎术后1月显效,而对照组在术后2月方达到显效。结论:a-2b干扰素联合leep术治疗难治性宫颈炎有双重治疗作用,缩短了难活性宫颈炎治愈的时间,减少了术后阴道排液量及出血量,缩短了术后阴道排液时间及出血时间。Objective： To investigate the effects of recombinant human interferon a-2b gel and loop excision procedure （leep procedure） on refractory chronic cervicitis. Methods： Two hundred patients with refractory chronic cervicitis treated with loop excision procedure （leep procedure） during June 2005-June 2007 were divided into two equal groups （group A and B） ; patients of group A were given interferon a-2b treatment after loop excision procedure, patients of group B were observed as the control group without extra treatment; the patients were followed-up for 1,2,3 month respectively after the initial treatment, and the condition of the cervix were evaluated. Results： After treatment, the conditions of patients were improved, the effectual time was at the first and second month in group A and B respectively, and all patients were cured in 3 month. Conclusion ： Treatment of refractory cervicitis through combining loop excision of the cervix and recombinant human interferon a-2b gel has good effect; the use of a-2b interferon gel reduces the cure time and the amount of postoperative vaginal discharge and bleeding.
