甲氨喋呤联合米非司酮治疗异位妊娠的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察甲氨喋呤(MTX)联合米非司酮与单用米非司酮治疗异位妊娠的疗效。方法:A组MTX单次肌内注射并口服米非司酮;B组:米非司酮口服。定期测血β-HCG直至正常。结果:治愈率A组为94.74%,B组为81.25%,A组较B组明显缩短血β-HCG降至正常所需时间,减少住院日(P(0.01)。结论:MTX单次肌内注射联合米非司酮治疗输卵管妊娠疗效好,不良反应少,值得临床推广。Objective： To observe the therapeutic effects of Methotrexate（MTX）-mifepristone on patients with ectopic gestation. Methods ： MTX was injected intramuscularly once with oral administration of Mifepristone in group A. In group B, which were treated with oral administration of Mifepristone, serum β-HCG was regularly tested till normal. Results ：The cure rate was 94.74% in group A, and 81.25% in group B, the time of β-HCG decreased to normal and hospitalization were shorter in group A than that in group B（P 〈0.01 ）. Conclusions： MTX injected intramuscularly once with oral administration of Mifepristone has prefer able therapeutic effects and less adverse effects in patients with oviduetal pregnancy.
