摘　　要：板式蒸发器是一种新型高效节能设备,具有传热系数高、结构紧凑等特点,广泛应用于冶金、食品、造纸、空调制冷以及化工等行业。本文介绍了板式蒸发器在各行业中的应用,对其使用过程中存在的问题进行了总结。同时,对板式蒸发器的前景进行了展望。As a new high efficiency and energy saving equipment, plate evaporavtor has high heat transfer coefficient and small size. It is widely used in metallurgical, food production , papermaking, refrigeration and chemical engineering industry. The industrial application of plate evaporator is introduced in the paper, the existing problems are aggregated. Finally, the prospect of plate evaporator is described.
