摘 要:林4-36X井是二连油田低压区块上的一口开发井,目的层段压力系数0.6-0.9,钻井过程中在油层段1372.4m和1485.3m处发生漏失,井漏时钻井液密度1.19g/cm^3;在发生井漏的同时,也存在着油水外浸。在井温低、水泥用量小的情况下,采用低密度防漏防窜水泥浆体系固井,通过降低水泥浆密度并在水泥中加入弹性防漏堵漏材料,提高水泥浆的防窜性能等技术措施进行固井,施工作业顺利,电测固井质量优质。LIN 4-36X is a development well located in the low-pressure block of Erlian Oilfield. Pressure coefficient of its target layer is between 0.3 to 0.4. In the course of drilling, leakage happened in the positions of 1372.4m and 1485.3 m. The fluid density came to 1.19 g/cm^3 when leakage and water soak happened. In that condition, low-density drilling fluid for leak protection and water shutoff was used for cementing and the added flexible leak-proof material made the cementing operation become smooth. Electrical logging results showed that the cementing was of high quality.
