摘 要:针对地层严重亏空、漏失、大孔道窜流井的近井壁封堵需求,分析了提高封堵材料强度和造壁性的原理和方法,研究开发了一种能够迅速在近井地带、亏空井壁、大孔道、裂缝入口处形成致密、网状薄壁的高强度封堵体系。该封堵体系利用油井水泥、超细水泥和硅灰的三级颗粒充填,降低了堵剂的孔隙度和孔隙直径,提高了堵剂固结强度;利用两级纤维交织,提高了堵剂的造壁性和封堵效果。进行了39井次的现场应用,应用效果良好。该封堵材料不仅成功解决了地层严重亏空、漏失、大孔道窜流井的近井壁封堵问题,同时也为老油田二次开发封层封井奠定了技术基础。In order to meet the needs of plugging the near wellbore of wells with heavy depletion, leakage and macroscopic void channeling, the mechanism and methods of enhancing plugging material intensity and building capacity was studied. A high-intensity plugging system was developed to form fine reticulates thin wall on the near wellbore, voided borehole, big chan- nel and fractures. By using of the triple particle filling of well cement, extra fine cement and silica fume, the consolidation strength of plugging material was improved. Building capacity and sealing characteristics were increased. The application of the system in 39 wells show that the effect was favorable. The problems in plugging the near wellbore of wells with heavy depletion, leakage and macroscopic void channeling were solved. The technology laid the technical foundation for redevelopment of old oil fields.
