摘  要:中原油田是复杂断块油田,套管损坏对油田开发后期带来了严重影响,2005年以来研究开发了实体膨胀管补贴套管技术,在膨胀管材料、连接技术、密封技术、膨胀工艺等方面的研究取得了突破,具有修复后内通径大、密封可靠、强度高、耐腐蚀等优点,整体技术达到了国际先进水平,并在套管堵漏、封堵出水层及套管加固等方面进行了应用。截至2008年底,已经成功应用21口井,下井最大深度3450 m,补贴最长井段53 m,形成了适应深井、高温高压、高矿化度井的膨胀管补贴技术,可进一步推广应用。Zhongyuan Oilfiled is a complex block oilfield and casing failure has a serious impact on oilfield development in the later stage. Entity expansion pipe technique was developed in 2005 and great breakthrough was made in expansion pipe material, coupling, sealing and expansion technologies. They have advantages such as big bore size after repair, reliable sealing, high strength, corrosion-resistant. The total technology reached the international advanced level and applied in easing plugging, water layer blockage and easing bonding. Up to the end of 2008, the technology has been applied in 21 wells successfully. The largest downhole depth reaches 3450m and the longest patch borehole section is 53m. Casing patch technology using expandable pipe adaptable to deep, high temperature and pressure, highly mineralized wells has formed and can be popularized and applied further.
