摘　　要：为利用有限的资源,编码技术从一出现便受到广泛的重视。远程故障会诊系统音频编解码器是在总结已有的音频编码方案的基础上,针对科学考察船实际应用情况,提出的新的音频编码方法。此编码技术将音频的合成编码和自然声音的编码相结合,其优越之处在于——它不仅支持自然声音,而且支持合成声音,有效降低(压缩)原始数字音频信号流码率,适用于带宽资源有限的船载卫通信道。In order to make full use of the limited communication resource, people attaches importance to coding technique widely. In view of special features of scientific research vessel and audio coding application in remote malfunction consultation system, this paper presents a new audio coding method based on existing audio coding scheme. This method combines the compound audio coding with natural audio coding to reduce the coding-rate of original digital audio signal effectively. It is suitable for the satellite communication of scientific research vessel with limited bandwidth resources.
