摘　　要：TDMoIP技术将IP网络与传统TDM网络相连接,并承载TDM业务。它可以与所有的设备实现无缝接入,在继承TDM业务服务质量的同时,完成向新一代信息网络的过渡,为传统网络的改造和专网建设提供了一套低成本的解决方案。文中描述了TDMoIP的原理,分析了TDMoIP技术的封装,并重点提出了关键问题的解决方案,克服了TDMoIP技术实现存在的问题。TDMoIP uses the most simplified method to connect the TDM network with IP and carries TDM services. It can be joined with all the existing equipment seamlessly. It is a transition to the new generation information network, and offers a cost effective solution to the recomtruction of the traditional network and construction of the Ad hoe network. This paper describes the basic principle of TDMoIP, analyzes the encapsulation of TDMoIP, and finally proposes the resolution to the key problem, which overcomes the problem which appears in the realization of TDMoIP.
