摘　　要：介绍存储测试技术和MSP430单片机的主要特点,分析测试系统的工作原理。介绍基于MSP430单片机的测试系统的硬件和软件设计。与传统的测试系统相比,该系统具有体积小、低功耗等特点,应用范围更广泛。This paper introduces the theory of storage testing and the character of SCM MSP430,analyses the operation principle of testing and measuring system.This paper presents the hardware and software design of the testing and measuring system based on MSP430 SCM.Compar with the traditional testing and measuring system,this system features smaller size and lower power consumption, so it is widely used.
