摘  要:该系统基于扫频外差基本原理,以单片机和FPGA构成的最小系统为控制核心,可在任意指定频段内测量被测网络的幅频和相频特性并显示相应曲线。系统分DDS扫频信号源、被测网络、幅度和相位检测、控制模块及幅频、相频特性曲线显示等部分,在100 Hz~100 kHz范围内可自动步进测量被测网络的幅频特性和相频特性并自动设置频段范围,观察不同频段内网络的幅频特性和相频特性,并在示波器上同时显示幅频曲线和相频曲线。This system,mainly controlled by the smallest system consists of single-chip microcomputer and FPGA, is based on the basic principles of frequency sweep heterodyne to measure the amplitude-frequency and the phase-frequency characteristics of the measurand network in arbitrary appointed band and demonstrate the corresponding curve on the oscilloscope. The whole system consists of DDS sweep signal source, measured network, amplitude and phase detection module, control module and amplitude-frequency and phase-frequency characteristic curve demonstration part,which can measure amplitude-frequency and phase-frequency characteristic of the measured network step-by-step automatically,and establish its bandwidth automatically to observe the amplitude-frequency and the phase-frequency characteristic of network in different frequency band and simultaneously demonstrate the amplitude-frequency and phase-frequency curve on the oscilloscope in 100 Hz-100 kHz.
