摘  要:目的探讨剖宫产术后子宫切口感染危险因素,为其防治提供参考。方法对121例剖宫产术后子宫切口感染进行调查,对相关因素进行Logistic回归分析,筛选剖宫产术后子宫切口感染的危险因素。结果术前血色素、肥胖、妊娠糖尿病、胎膜早破、术中术后失血量、剖宫产史和手术时间等7个变量因素与切口感染发生显著相关(P<0.05);肥胖、妊娠糖尿病、胎膜早破和术中术后失血量是切口感染发生的危险因素。结论剖宫产切口感染的因素很多,对肥胖、妊娠糖尿病、胎膜早破和术中术后失血量等危险因素进行干预,可以减少剖宫产术后子宫切口感染的发生。OBJECTIVE To investigate the risk factors of uterine incision infection (UII) after cesarean section and provide reference for diagnosis and treatment of UII. METHODS 121 cases of UII patients were studied, analyzing and screening the risk factors of UII patients by Logistic. RESULTS The emergence of UII and the factors of preoperative hemoglobin level, obesity, gestational diabetes mellitus, premature rupture of membranes, ntraoperative and postoperative blood loss, section number and operation time were significant correlation(P〈0.05) . The obesity, gestational diabetes mellitus, premature rupture of membranes, intraoperative and postoperative blood loss were the risk factors of UII. CONCLUSIONS Many factors can cause the UII. Intervention on the risk factors of the obesity, gestational diabetes mellitus, premature rupture of membranes, intraoperative and postoperative blood loss can reduce the incidence of UII.
