摘  要:本文分析:无刷励磁机设计中旋转整流元件承受的离心加速度;二极管平均电流与发电机的强励电流、并联支路数及不平衡系数之间的关系;熔断器的分断电流与二极管额定电流有效值的关系;吸收电容与过电压的关系。提出了旋转整流元件参数的计算与选取方法。采用本文的设计理念,无刷励磁机的性能完全满足高起始响应和强励的要求。The following points were analyzed in this paper: the centrifugal acceleration endured by rotating converter components in design of brushless exciter; the relationship between diode averaging current and generator field-forcing current, the relation between the number of parallel connection and imbalance coefficient; the relationship between tripping current of fuses and the RMS of diode rated current; the relationship between absorbing capacitance and over-voltage. Methods to calculate and select the parameters of rotating converter components are proposed. The performance of brushless exciter will thoroughly meet the requirement of high field-flashing response and field-forcing ability by the design idea proposed in this paper.
