摘  要:本文论述了汽轮发电机冷却用氢气湿度过大的危害,提出采用变压变温吸附技术解决氢气湿度超标问题,以确保氢冷汽轮发电机组可靠运行,避免发生恶性及灾难性事故。文中较详细地介绍了吸附式氢气脱水装置的脱水原理、基于可编程控制器的变压变温吸附脱水装置的设计与实现方法。该设备经过四年的运行,在脱水深度、自动化水平等方面都达到预期要求,具有广阔的市场和发展前景。The paper discussed the danger of excessive hydrogen humidity in the cause of turbogenerator cooling. The urgent matter of avoiding occurrence of malignant and catastrophic accident is to solve excessive hydrogen humidity insuring the reliability of hydrogen cooled turbogenerator. The principle of adsorption hydrogen gas dryer unit , design and implementation methods based on PLC temperature controller PSA dehydration adsorption equipment are presented in detail. After four years of operation, the depth of dehydration and other aspects of automation level of the device are proved to achieve the desired requirements. It has a vast market and prospects for future development.
