摘  要:三峡水力发电厂部分水轮发电机定子采用水冷方式,是密闭的自净化纯水循环冷却系统。通过对运行状态下的水轮发电机定子纯水循环冷却系统中过滤器滤元截留物和混床树脂层态的分析,确定截留物和树脂中所吸附的离子种类和含量,解析纯水系统工作状况,预测纯水系统中所存在问题。试验结果表明:内冷水系统内存在一定量腐蚀造成的颗粒物质,采用不锈钢材质空心线的5号机组由于混床出水pH值较低,树脂中仍然检测出铜腐蚀产物,且含量比采用加碱法碱化的2号机组高。故建议采用微碱化方法调节pH值到7.0·8~9.0范围内,缓解系统内铜腐蚀。Water cooling method is adopted in the hydrogenerator stator of the Three Gorges hydroelectric power plant. It is an airtight recycling pure water cooling system with self-purification ability. Based on the analysis for the filter cell's retentions and mixed bed's layer behavior, the species and contents of ions are determined in the inner cooling water system during the operation process, the working status of inner cooling water system is analyzed, and the problems of inner cooling water system are predicted. The results reveal that there exist some of corrosion products in the inner-cooling water system; the effluent of the mixed bed in inner cooling water system of the 5# generator whose wire bar is made of stainless steel is corrosive to copper because of its low pH value. However, the corrosion rate of copper of the 2# generator is lower than that of the 5# generator by injecting NaOH to increase pH value of the cooling water. So the method of micro-basification is proposed to adjust the pH value of the inner cooling water to reduce corrosion of copper.
