摘 要:设计了一种重大件货物液压顶升与平移装船工作系统。该系统能在驳船和码头之间架设的钢梁轨道上连续平稳地运行,其前进方向和速度大小可严格控制;与拖拉滑移装船方法相比具有效率高、所需设备少、劳动强度低、运行安全可靠等特点。尤其在码头、航道和浮吊调遣都有困难的情况下,采用该技术可以大幅度降低装卸船费用。着重分析和说明了几个主要子系统的结构特点、动作原理和设计要点。The paper describes how hydraulic jacking and level-conveying shipment system for heavy and large cargo is designed. This system can travel along the rail connecting the barge and pier. Its travel speed and direction can be controlled. This system is more efficient, safer, more laborsaving and simpler in comparison to slippage shipment. Especially where terminals, waterway and floating crane can not be used, it can be applied to reduce shipment cost greatly. It focuses on the structural features of the subsystem, the working principle and design's key points of the system.
