摘　　要：目的探讨2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者外周血单个核细胞(PBMC)中分叉头框(forkhead box,FOX)转录因子-1 mRNA表达水平的变化,了解它在T2DM发病中的作用。方法采用RT-PCR法和实时荧光定量PCR(FQ-PCR)法对62例T2DM患者和40例健康人检测PBMC中FOX01 mRNA表达水平。结果T2DM患者PBMC中FOX01 mRNA表达水平明显高于健康对照组(P<0.05)。结论T2DM患者的FOX01 mRNA表达较健康对照组表达增加。Objective To investigate the changes of the forkhead box transcription factor-1 （FOX01） mRNA level in peripheral blood mononuclear cells （PBMC） from type 2 diabetes mellitus （T2DM） patients and to explore the role of FOX01 in pathogenesis of T2DM. Methods PBMC was isolated from 62 T2DM patients and 40 healthy persons. FOX01 mRNA level in PBMC was measured with reverse transcription PCR and real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR. Results FOX01 mRNA level in PBMC from T2DM patients was significantly higher than that from healthy persons （P 〈0.05）. Fasting blood glucose level and body mass index in T2DM patients were higher than those in healthy persons （ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion FOX01 mRNA level in PBMCs from T2DM patients is higher than that from healthy persons.
